Great ideas in the world are all inspired by certain sparks at certain moments. One decides to do something and that becomes a determination. The spirit of dedication is seen in the expressions and deliberations. Communications come from deeper heart. In fact, every human being wanted to do good for others. What happens in the process is the shift of things from the heart of the dream to the brain that always measure things materially.
Here are two girls from Village background and naturally with the mindset of village nobility. They were Post Graduates from Mangalore University. They got into the dream train and travelled a long distance already towards their dream destinations. Many landmarks and milestones are also passed through already. The model that they have set is now becoming a movement in a very big way.

AIM’s beginning was in a rented building at Kadaba. Their way of operation is unique and their success speaks about it very louder. What was started at Kadaba is now becoming a great movement that grow in a faster mode. The idea of AIM’s is to pick the dropouts and to place them into the orbit of success.
Given an opportunity and a hand holding, every child becomes so fantastic and comes up with marvelous outcomes in their journey towards excellence. Everyone is exceptional and there is no exceptions seen anywhere against it. Pampered children may get spoilt as well.

Plenty of institutions are owned by individuals in various costumes. Approach of the owners change when the wealth is accumulated and infrastructure is built. Donors are forgotten and the models become rigid and formal. There will be difference in outer visibility and inner realities. Famous saying from Dr. Ram is very valuable here. “Words conceal but Gestures Reveal”. World has placed in history plenty of such stories.
Fausia and Sameera could reach out to many visionaries and could get many of them inspired with the spirit and dedication that they carry towards their dream and it’s whereabouts. Many great visionaries have joined hands with them to take their dream forward. It is time for either to wait in the gallery and watch the game Or to get into the ground and play our roles to make the game more fantastic and dramatic.
Grounds of dreams has no boundaries any ways. Let us get in and make it a fair game for the society that drop out the one’s who miss the things some times for wrong reasons or else for unknown reasons.
